FRONIUS is an Austrian company founded in 1945 and is active in the field of photovoltaics, welding and battery charging technology. It has over 6,100 employees, 37 subsidiaries worldwide and an international presence in more than 60 countries.

The photovoltaic sector was founded in 1992 and is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. In the Business Unit Solar Energy FRONIUS specializes in the manufacture of PV inverters and the development of innovative solutions with which solar energy can be produced, stored, distributed and consumed economically and intelligently.

All FRONIUS products are developed in the most sustainable way and are produced entirely in Europe, at the company’s own facilities in Austria.
