ENERGATE: The LIFE ENERGATE addresses the challenge of energy efficiency in buildings by creating a digital marketplace that connects building owners, implementors and financiers. The platform simplifies the investment process for energy-efficient building renovations by facilitating data collection, project aggregation and matchmaking with financing options, offering a structured / transparent environment, where stakeholders can collaborate efficiently. Through pilot projects in several European countries, ENERGATE demonstrates its real-world applicability and adapts to various market needs.

InEExS: The core concept of the LIFE InEExS is the deployment of integrated energy services across sectors / carriers and the tokenization of energy saving data in a public block chain to facilitate cooperation among market segments / actors. Particular attention is placed on the development of business models and contractual schemes that facilitate the implementation of sector-integrating smart energy services and the deployment of a wide range of sustainable technologies, such as renewables, electric vehicles, heat pumps, IoT controls and other energy efficiency measures.
