POLLATOS OE was founded in 1950 by Spyros Pollatos in Piraeus, initially focusing on the manufacturing of brushes for flour mills. In 1989, the company transitioned to the second generation, under Konstantinos Pollatos, and relocated to Praxitelous Street in Piraeus.

In 2002, the third generation (Spyros and Manolis Pollatos) took over, expanding the facilities to 30 Retsina Street in Piraeus and modernizing production to serve specialized industrial applications. Pollatos Brush Manufacturing specializes in the production and repair of industrial brushes for a wide range of uses.
