TEREC SA was founded in 2021 by a group of young people, sharing the same concerns about climate change and the need to act towards the recovery of valuable resources from waste, in the context of the Circular Economy, as well as the promotion of innovative renewable energy applications.

Since June 2021, TEREC has undertaken the distribution rights for the products of LINDNER, the leading Austrian shredder manufacturer, in Greece, Cyprus and Albania, offering to its customers a full range of stationary and mobile shredders with modern design, excellent build quality, proven reliability and exemplary performance-to-cost rate for any material, as well as the top-level customer support they are entitled to. The first installations of shredding equipment in Greece have already materialized, along with after sales support in service and spare parts.

In June 2024, TEREC was appointed as Agent of HoSt Thermal Technology BV and its subsidiaries Bright Renewables and Hygear in the sectors of Biomass (8 – 25 MWth) and “small” RDF (10-20 MWth) energy valorization plants, as well as bio-methane, Carbon capture and/or storage and Green Hydrogen applications in Greece and Cyprus.
