The Producers Responsible Organization (PRO) – Alternative Management ANAEKK SA, operates in the waste management sector, specializing in the field of Construction, Demolition & Excavation Waste (CD&EW). It is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2014, initially covering the Attica Region, while in 2020 expanded its activity and at the same time obtained the necessary technical competence for obligation to undertake the restoration of inactive quarry areas. Aiming to expand its activity to the whole country and for this purpose is promoting the gradual increase of its geographical range, in accordance with the development of new partnerships and the ongoing increase of recycled CD&EW. The range of activity now counts 32 Regional Units (population coverage 65%). ANAEKK, committed to its goals, is always at the forefront of the construction sector and next to the private constructor, the professionals of the field, the local authorities and public services, to inform and guide in finding the best possible solution in management of CD&EW, combining high financial benefit and low environmental footprint. With a properly trained and qualified staff, it serves the alternative management that leads to the correct implementation and development of the circular economy for the purpose of protecting the environment.

Signing over 5,000 contracts the last three years, with more than 2,500 private and public entities and managed more than 3,500,000 tons of waste, achieving a percentage increase of 180% on average per year, ANAEKK is among the most dynamically developing PROs of all waste streams, the approval and operation of which has been reviewed, in full compliance with the new integrated waste management framework.
