It currently comprises 23 member <\/i><i>municipalities.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>PESYDAP designs and implements horizontal, inter-municipal sustainable <\/i><i>development initiatives, delivering added value and strategic benefits to its <\/i><i>member municipalities. The Association possesses the necessary expertise <\/i><i>and state-of-the-art technical infrastructure to undertake programmatic <\/i><i>agreements for the preparation of studies and the implementation of <\/i><i>projects, in cooperation with Local Authorities, State Institutions, and <\/i><i>private-sector enterprises.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Since 2003, PESYDAP has operated within its facilities the country\u2019s only <\/i><i>Inter-Municipal Center for the Care of Stray Animals (DIKEPAZ), providing <\/i><i>tertiary-level veterinary care. The Center is fully equipped with advanced <\/i><i>veterinary infrastructure, specialized animal rescue ambulances, modern <\/i><i>animal accommodation facilities, an incineration unit for deceased animals, <\/i><i>and an integrated biological waste treatment system.
