The scope of HRA (EOAN) is the implementation <\/i><i>of the policy for the prevention and alternative management of various <\/i><i>products and their waste for which prevention measures and \/ or alternative <\/i><i>management \/ extended producer responsibility programs are applied.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>The operational framework of the Organization, its objectives and its <\/i><i>responsibilities are described in detail in law 4819\/2021 (Part D Government <\/i><i>Gazette 129 \/ A \/ 23.07.2021). EOAN prepares and submits to the Ministry <\/i><i>the regulatory framework for Extended Producer Responsibility Programs <\/i><i>(EPRPs), as well as the operating framework of the Extended Producer<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Responsibility Schemes (PROs). In 2026, 28 PROs for 7 waste streams are <\/i><i>operating in Greece, while the operation of 10 new streams that fall under <\/i><i>the Extended Producer Responsibility Programs is underway.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i><strong>Contact Persons:<\/strong> A.
