ANAKEM<\/strong> is one of the first Collective Systems for the Alternative Management (CSAM) of Excavation, Construction and Demolition Wastes (ECDW), founded in November 2012.
\nANAKEM<\/strong> aims at the contribution to the achievement of the national target concerning the management of ECDW, the compliance with the legislation and the environmental protection.<\/p>\nIn 2024 the network of ANAKEM<\/strong> consisted of more than 220 recycling facilities throughout the 13 Regions of Greece, covering the 86% of the country. During its 12 years operation, it has managed more than 20 million tn of ECDW and returned almost 10 million tn of recycled products, as secondary materials in construction works or for backfilling.<\/p>\n\u0391\u039d\u0391\u039a\u0395\u039c<\/strong> undertakes as CSAM ECDW, or in partnership with other CSAM, the rehabilitation of inactive quarries since 2021.
\nANAKEM<\/strong> supports public and private bodies to achieve the prevention, the proper management and the fighting of the illegal ECDW disposal, it organizes public awareness campaigns and participates in research projects for the construction viability and the effective production and use of secondary materials.<\/p>\nANAKEM<\/strong> implements a wide corporate social responsibility program and carries out pilot demonstrative actions of illegally disposed ECDW management, focusing at protected and burdened areas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nContact Person: <\/b>Maria Fourlaki<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
