NEW DATE for the 4th International Trade Fair and Forum Verde.Tec

May 14 - 16, 2021

“Technoekdotiki / T-Press” has decided to set a new date for the 4th International Trade Fair and Forum “Verde.Tec / Environmental Technologies”.

Experts and pioneers on circular economy, smart cities and environmental technologies will meet from the 14th to the 16th of May 2021, at the MEC Exhibition Center in Paiania, Attika, Greece.

It is with a huge sense of responsibility that we came to this decision, putting everyone’s (exhibitors, participants, visitors and personnel) health first.

Once again, we appreciate your understanding and we make a promise to meet the highest of your expectations in May 2021.

We shall host and organize a stronger “Verde.Tec”, a more interesting “Verde.Tec Forum” - already regarded as the annual environmental event - and an even more exciting night for the “Greek Green Awards”!

Postponement of 4th «Verde.tec 2020»

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak worldwide, “Technoekdotiki/T-Press” has been obliged to postpone the 4th International Exhibition Verde.Tec 2020 -Environmental Technologies. 

A new date is going to be announced as soon as possible.

It is to take place between 15 and 17 February 2019 at the Paiania ΜΕC exhibition centre


Under the powerful auspices of the Ministry for the Environment and the Central Association of Greek Municipalities, communication on the 3rd international exhibition “Verde.tec” on Environmental Technologies is just starting.At the same time, contacts are starting to plan the conference program to be included in “Verde.tec Forum”.



VERDE.TEC: LGO “Best Practices” Awards for Environmental Technologies

The 2nd “Verde.tec” international exhibition under the auspices of the Ministry for the Environment & Energy, KEDKE and the Technical Chamber of Greece


Mayors, deputy mayors, members of municipal councils, officials of Local and Regional Governments will be visiting the 2nd “Verde.tec” international exhibition and participating in the “Verde.Tec Forum” conference programme which is to take place between 2 and 4 March 2018 at the Paiania ΜΕC exhibition centre.


The new event, which bears the mark of the prestige of “Technoekdotiki / T-Press”, will also host a special day during which the Minister for the Environment, Mr. Sokratis Famellos, and the Chairman of the Central Association of Greek Municipalities, Mr. Yorgos Patoulis, will hand out the awards for best practices used by LGOs to implement Environmental Technologies and to adapt to circular economy. During the three-day “conference marathon”, the Chairman of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA), Mr. Antonis Mavropoulos, is expected to announce a range of new data concerning developments in solid waste in our country, in Europe and even wider.

In the same context, the lecturer of the Chemical Engineering School of the Metsovion National Technical University (NTUA), Ms. Maria Loizidou, is expected to proceed to significant announcements on NTUA research programs and work concerning fighting all types of pollution. In addition to offering its auspices, the Technical Chamber of Greece will also participate through its Chairman, Mr. Yorgos Stasinos, in opening ceremonies and award events for best practices which are to be organized in cooperation with the Ministry for the Environment and the Central Association of Greek Municipalities. The Hellenic Solid Waste Management Association (HSWMA), the Hellenic Recycling Agency




The heart of “circular economy” beats at VERDE.TEC for Environmental Technologies

The largest projects in Local Government, the interventions of the Ministry for the Environment & Energy and innovative presentations by the Technical Chamber of Greece

The interactive event being prepared by the Technical Chamber of Greece seeks to create an impression
concerning energy saving methods in buildings. Architects, civil engineers, rural and surveying engineers,
planners will share the opportunity to get updated and exchange views with the TCG distinguished
speakers and officers on the latest technological developments.
The interest of the engineering sector intensifies since, in the context of TCG participation in the 2nd “Verde.

Tec” international exhibition, there will be updates concerning the “Exoikonomo kat’oikon” (Residential savings) progranmme, presentations of interventions in city environmental issues as well as procedures of environmental protection during large construction projects. The TCG chairman, Mr. Yorgos Stasinos, shall be the main speaker at the event, among other significant scientists and personages.
